摘 要 :在水分胁迫(干旱)条件下,大豆(Glycine max L.Merr.)下胚轴细胞各种质膜形态和膜透性均发生明显变化。电镜系列观察表明,当干旱程度达到临界胁迫强度时,原生质膜与胞壁分离,原生质膜内凹呈波浪形,进而原生质高度液泡化或成为空腔。随着胁迫强度增加,原生质解体,细胞核内、外膜压强失去平衡,从而导致核膜崩溃,核质脱出。电镜系
