摘 要 ：本文报道灰茎节肢蕨和片马节肢蕨。前者是新组合的一变种，同时也是中国和云南的新记录，后者是中国云南的一新变型。

Abstract:Arthromeris himalayensis (Hook.) Ching var. niphoboloides (Clarke) S. G. Lu, comb. nov. and Arthromeris elegans Ching form. pianmaensis S. G. Lu, form. nov. are reported in this paper. The former is also new record to Yunnan, China, and the latter is a new form. from Yunnan Province, China.
