摘 要 ：用酸性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(A-PAGE)对小麦族赖草属20种和1亚种的45份材料进行醇溶蛋白遗传分析，结果表明：(1)45份材料共出现43种不同的醇溶蛋白图谱，从中分离出的38条带纹多态性高达100%；(2)赖草属植物具有丰富的醇溶蛋白遗传多态性，其种间和种内不同居群间均存在明显的醇溶蛋白遗传变异，其种间变异大于种内变异，醇溶蛋白图谱可以作为鉴定赖草属植物的指纹图谱；(3)醇溶蛋白图谱的聚类结果与形态学结果基本一致，表明醇溶蛋白资料可以运用于赖草属植物种间、种内遗传差异及亲缘关系研究。

Abstract:The chloroplast trnL intron and trnLF intergenic spacer sequences were sequenced for Alsophila austroyunnanensis and Alsophila costularis.The length of trnL intron and trnLF intergenic spacer sequences of Alsophila austroyunnanensis and Alsophila costularis is 570?bp、572?bp,362?bp、361?bp respectively.Phylogenetic analysis of new data and previously published sequences of other Cyatheaceae species using the MP,NJ methods yielded similar results:(1)all species studied in this paper form a monophyletic lineage.(2)Alsophila asustroyunnanensis and Gymnosphaera podophylla,Gymnosphaera pectinata,Gymnosphaera pseudogigantea,Gymnosphaera tinganensis and Gymnosphaera gigantea form a clade.(3)Alsophila costularis is closely related to Cyathea tsangii and Alsophila spinulosa.The results lead us to suggest that Alsophila austroyunnanensis be put into Gymnosphaera.
