摘 要 ：重搂属两种植物（Paris axialis and Paris polyphylla var．yunnanensis）小孢子发生和雄配于体形成的过程及方式相同。小孢子母细胞减数分裂时胞质分裂为连续型；雄配于体为二胞型；药壁由五层细胞组成。绒毡层属腺质型。五指莲花粉群体中异常花粉发生的频率高于滇重楼，这或许与五指莲细胞内的超数染色体以及相应的减数分裂异常有一定相关性。
Abstract:The process of the microsporogenesis and the formation of male gametophyte of two species in Paris L. (P.axialis, P. polyphylla var. yun- nanesis) is similar. The cytokinesis is succssive type. The pollen are shed at 2 --celled stage . The anther wall comprises 5 laryers. Tapetum belong the secretory type. The frequency of anormolous pollen grains in P. axialis is higher than in P. polyphylla var. yunnanensis, it probably related with the number of B- chromosomes and abnormal division of meiosis in meiocytes.
