摘 要 ：本文根据国内外豆科研究文献的考证，讨论了苦马豆属(Sphaerophysa DC.)及其近缘属的区别，重新确认了国产苦马豆属和苦马豆的学名.

Abstract:This paper discusses the taxonomic relationship and the hierarchy between the Chinese Sphaerophysa DC. and its allied genera from the world; recognizes the Chinese species as a member of Sphaerophysa DC. not Swainsona Salisb. It is used to the Chinese works from 1950‘s to present.
