摘 要 ：目的: 建立活性成分N-p-香豆酰酪胺含量的测定方法。为水红花子质量控制提供新的评价指标。 方法 :采用HPLC,色谱柱为Agilent C₁₈(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm),流动相为甲醇-水(40 ∶ 60),检测波长为290 nm,流速为1.0 mL·min^-1,柱温为25 ℃。 结果 :N-p-香豆酰酪胺的进样量在0.038~0.190 μg线性良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率98.7％,RSD 2.4％。 结论 :所建立的方法简单、准确、重复性好,可用于测定水红花子中N-p-香豆酰酪胺的含量。

Abstract:Objective : To establish a method for the content determination of paprazine in Polygonum orientale, and provide a new evaluation index for the quality control for P. orientale. Method : HPLC was carried out on Agilent C₁₈ (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) with methanol-water (40 ∶ 60) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1 and the wavelength of UV detector was set at 290 nm. Result : The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.038-0.190 μg (r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 98.7% with the RSD of 2.36%. Conclusion : The method appears to be simple, accurate and reproducible, it can be used to determine the content of paprazine in P. orientale.
