摘 要 ：目的:为促进薄荷的综合利用,对其非挥发性成分进行系统研究。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、重结晶和光谱法分离鉴定化合物。结果:从薄荷中分离并鉴定了8个化合物,分别是刺槐素(Ⅰ)、椴树素(Ⅱ)、蒙花苷(Ⅲ)、正丁基-β-D-吡喃果糖苷(Ⅳ)、熊果酸(Ⅴ)、齐墩果酸(Ⅵ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅶ)和胡萝卜苷(Ⅷ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ~Ⅴ均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:Objective: To promote its comprehensive utilization,the involatile constituents of Mentha haplocalyx were studied systematically.Method: The chemical components were isolated and purified by silca gel column chromatography and recrystallization.The chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral data.Result: Eight compounds were isolated and identified as: acacetin(Ⅰ),tilianine(Ⅱ),linarin(Ⅲ),n-butyl-β-D-fructopyranoside(Ⅳ),ursolic acid(Ⅴ),oleanolic acid(Ⅵ),β-sitosterol(Ⅶ),daucosterol(Ⅷ).Conclusion: Compounds Ⅰ～Ⅴ were obtained from this plant for the first time.
