摘 要 ：目的:综述薤白化学成分、药理作用、临床应用等的研究进展。方法:查阅近10年来国内外有关薤白的实验和临床研究的文献,进行分析、总结。结果:薤白中含有多种生物活性成分,具有抗菌消炎、解痉平喘、抗血小板聚集、抗氧化、降低血脂、抗肿瘤等药理作用,临床上用于治疗呼吸系统疾病、心血管系统疾病以及肿瘤的辅助用药等。结论:我国薤白资源丰富,应该进一步研究和开发利用。

Abstract:Objective: To review the progress in the study of chemical ingrediens,pharmacological effects and clinical application of Allium macrostemon Bunge. Method: Documents of experimental and clinical study on A. macrostemon in recent 10 years were consulted and summarized. Result: A. macrostemon had many active ingredients, pharmacology effects and wild clinical application. Conclusion: The results provide a rational foundation for the further development and utilization of A. macrostemon.
