摘 要 ：目的：对鱼腥草的挥发油成分进行气相色谱指纹图谱研究,为其质量控制提供依据。方法：以水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油。以TRACE气相色谱仪进行分析。结果：对12个产地的鱼腥草进行了分析,建立了鱼腥草挥发油气相色谱指纹图谱。结论：该方法重复性好,所建立的气相色谱指纹图可用于鱼腥草的鉴别。

Abstract:Objective: To establish a GC fingerprint of the volatile oil of Houttuynia cordata. Method：The volatile oil was extracted from H. cordata by water stream distillation method, and analyzed by GC coupled with FID. Result：12 bathes of samples collected from different regions were analyzed; the GC fingerprint of the volatile oil of H. cordata was subsequently established. Conclusion: The established GC fingerprint can be used for the identification of H. cordata.
