摘 要 ：连续5天灌胃给予易老化小鼠何首乌乙醇提取物,明显抑制肝脏和脑中单胺氧化酶MAO-B的活性,而对MAO-A的活性无影响。

Abstract:Successive po administration of ethanolic extract from the tuber of Polygonum multiflorum tosenescence-accelerated mice for 5 days has been proved helpful in ingibiting significantly mornoamine oxidase MAO-Bactivity in the liver and brain tissues,but no appreciable effect has been found on MAO-A.
