摘 要 ：从鸡毛松枝叶中分得5个化合物,2″-O-鼠李糖牡荆黄甙(Ⅰ),扁柏双黄酮(Ⅱ),蜕皮甾酮(Ⅲ),β-谷甾醇十七碳酸酯(Ⅳ)和胡萝卜甙(daucosterol,Ⅴ)。其中Ⅰ～Ⅳ为首次从该种植物中得到,Ⅳ为首次分得的β-谷甾醇奇数碳酸酯。

Abstract:From Podocarpus imbricatus five compounds were isolated and identified as 2″-O-rhamnosylvitexin (Ⅰ), hinokiflavone (Ⅱ), ecdysterone (Ⅲ),-β-sitosteryl heptadecoate (Ⅳ) and daucosterol(Ⅴ) on the basis of spectral studies (UV, IR,HNMR,¹³CNMR, MS) and chemical reactions. Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ are obtained from this plant for the first time, and Ⅳ is obtained as β-sitosteryl odd number carboxylic ester for the first time.
