摘 要 ：不同的炮制方法可以影响藤黄的抗菌活性和细胞毒作用。其中高压炮制的藤黄对金黄色葡萄球菌和肿瘤细胞的杀伤作用最强。高压炮制的最佳条件是１２６℃，３０ｍｉｎ。

Abstract:The diferent proceses for preparing gamboge could influence its bactericidal activity and cytotoxic-ity,The gamboge procesed with high presure steam has been proved the most powerful in kiling Staphylococus aureus and tumorcels.The most suitablecondition for procesing gamboge is to steam it at 126℃ for 30 minutes.
