摘 要 ：目的：研究乌拉尔甘草药用部位（根及根茎）的黄酮类化合物。方法：３０％乙醇提取，聚酰胺柱层析、硅胶柱层析分离，理化性质及光谱学鉴定。结果：从其药用部位中分得虎耳草甙。结论：为首次从甘草属植物中获得。

Abstract:Objective:To extract flavonoid constituents from Glycyrrhiza uralensis. Method:30% EtOH extraction and column chromatograhphic isolation.Result:A flavonoid compound was isolated.Conclusion:Obtained from G. uralensis for the first time, the flavonoid compound was identified as saxifragin through spectral, physical and chemical analyses.
