摘 要 ：采用正交试验法，探讨了不同炮制条件对肉豆蔻挥发油、脂肪油及肉豆蔻醚含量的影响。结果表明：各炮制条件对炮制品中挥发油、脂肪油及肉豆蔻醚的含量均无显著性影响。从而提示：炮制不一定能有效地降低毒性。

Abstract:The　effect　of　different　processing　conditions　on　contents　of　myrisiticin,volatile　oil　and　fatty　lipid　in　Semen　Myristicae　was　studied　by　orthogonal　design.The　result　shows　that　these　processing　conditions　could　not　influence　the　contents　of　myrisiticin,volatile　oil　and　fatty　lipid　in　the　processed　products　of　Semen　Myristicae,suggesting　that　processing　does　not　necessarily　lower　toxicity.
