摘 要 ：通过本草考证,商品调查,药材鉴定,弄清当前我国市售的骨碎补主流商品为水龙骨科植物槲蕨。建立了高效液相色谱法测定柚皮甙的含量。其平均回收率为99.5%,RSD为1.9%。

Abstract:By textral research of Chinese materia medica,commodity investigation and identirlcation of crude drugs,it hasbeen made clear that in the Chinese market presently the main species of Rhizoma Drynariae is Drynaria fortunei.The assay of naringin content has been set with HPLC. The average rate of recovery is 99.5%,RSD 1.9%。
