摘 要 ：静注地龙煎剂引起大鼠血压明显下降。预先使用特异性血小板活化因子受体阻断剂CV6209显著抑制地龙的降压作用。从地龙脂质中分离得到一种类血小板活化因子物质,用生物检定法测得含量约90～130ng/g。

Abstract:Experiments showed that intravenous administration of pheretima decoction elicited pronounced decrease of hypotension in rats. Pretreatment with CV6209,a specific PAF antagonist,significantly inhibited the hypotensive activity of pheretima. Furthermore,an analog of PAF was separated from the total lipids of pheretima and its content was measured to be around 90～130ng/g.
