摘 要 ：实验结果表明生何首乌对四氯化碳、醋酸强的松和硫代乙酰胺引起的肝损伤小鼠的肝脂蓄积有效;制首乌Ⅰ和Ⅱ对醋酸强的松所致的肝脂蓄积有效;生首乌及其制品都可降低四氯化碳中毒引起的肝肿大。

Abstract:Experiments have shown that the root of Polygonum multiflorum exhibits inhibitory effect on triglyceride(TG)aceumlation in the liver of mice induced by CCl₄, cortisone acetate and thioaeetamide(TAA). Its processed products(Ⅰ, Ⅱ)were found to be effective in lowering the accumulated TG induced by cortisone acetate. The root of Polygonum multiflorum and its processed products also reduced the enlargement of liver by CCl₄.
