摘 要 ：药效学实验表明：双黄连两种剂型均能增强人外周血ＮＫ细胞活性，具有促进淋巴细胞生成α－干扰素的能力，同时具有广谱抑菌、抑病毒作用。以注射剂生物利用度为１００％，气雾剂绝对生物利用度为９６．８８％（黄芩甙）和９６．６９％（绿原酸），临账观察表明：气雾剂与注射剂的显效率分别为８４％和８３％，总有效率分别为９２％和９３％。

Abstract:The results show that both aerosol and injection of shuanghuanglian can increase. the activity of NK cells in pe-ripheral blood of the human body as well as the ability of lymphocyte to produce α-interferon. Their broad-spectrumantiseptic and virus-inhibiting actions have also been confirmed.The absolute bioavailability of aerosol was 96.88%(baicalin) and 90. 69% (chlorogeniacid).The significant response rate of aerosol and injection was 84% and 83% re-spectively. The total response rate was 92% and 93% respectively.
