Abstract:The contents of rhapomtin in the root of Rheum hotaoense were determined by CS-920 TLC-scanning of silicagel plate. A mixture of benzene-EtOAc-EtOH(5 : 3.5:1.5) was used as the deve loping solvent. Recovery was100.44%,RSD 3.0%。
