摘 要 ：对葛根炮制前后的水浸物、醇浸物、总黄酮、葛根素及10种无机元素进行了含量对比。实验结果表明,上述成分的含量发生了变化。为研究葛根的炮制提供了科学依据。

Abstract:Determinations of agueous extract, alcoholic extract, flavonoids and puerarin as well as ten inorganic elements in Pueraria thomsonii have been made before and after processing. The resuits showed that the above mentioned ingredients all varied in amount.
