摘 要 ：采用正交试验法，对地榆炭的炮制工艺进行优选。结果表明，地榆炭的最佳炮制工艺为２５０℃炒制７．５ｍｉｎ，该炮制品的鞣质含量及微量元素含量明显升高，且具有明显的止血、抑菌作用。

Abstract:The technology of processing carbonized root of Sanguisorba officinalis was selected using orthogonalexperiment design. The result shows that the best way is to stir-fry the drug in a pan for 7. 5 min at 250℃. The con-tents of trace elements in the prepared piece are significantly increased, and the prepared piece have marked hemostaticand bacteriostastic effects.
