摘 要 ：对中药桃仁、杏仁、白扁豆、马钱子、斑蝥、水蛭的生药及其不同炮制品进行了聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)分析,探讨了不同炮制方法对生物蛋白质数量及种类的影响,并绘制了20个样品的电泳鉴别图谱。

Abstract:In this papor,the pr‘oteins in 6 crude drugs (Prunuspersica;P. armeniaca;Dolichos lablab;Strychnosnux-vomica;Mylabris phalerata;Whitmania pigra) and their processed preducts were arialyed by polyacrylanuds gelelectrophoresis technique,and the effect of different processing metheds on the quantity and kind of protein was explored. Protein electrophoragrams of 20 samples are drawn.
