摘 要 ：当归补血汤有显著促进血虚小鼠脾淋巴细胞产生白细胞介素-2(IL-2)的作用(P<0.001)。拆方研究证明当归或黄芪均能显著促进血虚小鼠脾淋巴细胞产生IL-2(P均<0.001)。

Abstract:Danggui Buxue Decoction has shown the effect of significantly promoting the splenic capacity of blood-deficientmice in interlukin-2 (IL-2)preduction(P< 0.001).Individual analysis of herbal formula has shown that IL-2 preduc-tion can be promoted in splenic lymphocytes of blood-deficient mice given Angelica sinensis or Astragalus membranaceus(P<0.001).
