摘 要 ：以心电图改变,主要是房宣传导阻滞作为乌头碱吸收的明确指标,对乌头碱经口给药的吸收部位进行研究。实验表明,乌头碱可在大鼠的食道、胃内吸收,大鼠食道吸收乌头碱的能力明显强于胃。

Abstract:This paper presents the experimental results of the absorption of orally administered aconitine in the upper digestive tract of rats. Taking the atrioventricular block in EKG as the main parameter, we have found that aconltine could be absorbed by the esophagus and stomach of the rat. Furthermore, the ability of the esophagus to absorb aconitine is stronger than that of the stomach.
