摘 要 ：以心电图异常和中毒症状为指标,对藜芦经口给药的各吸收部位进行研究。结果表明,藜芦煎液可在小鼠或大鼠的口腔、食道和胃内吸收,食道吸收的能力明显强于胃。

Abstract:This paper presents the experimental results of the absorption of orally administered Veratrum nigrum in the upper digestive tract. Taking the anomaly in ECG and intoxicative symptoms as the main parameters, we have found that Veratrum nigrum could be absorbed by the oralcavity, esophagus and stomach of mice or rats, and the esophagus absorbs better than the stomach.
