摘 要 ：用荧光分光光度法测定了六味地黄汤中六味药材及煎剂,五种不同配伍的煎剂和全方煎剂的硒含量。结果表明,地黄对硒具有富集作用。硒在各药材通煎液中的溶出率约为30～40%。

Abstract:The contents of selenium in Liuwei Dihuang decoction (six traditional Chinese arugs and their decoction, five decoctions in different compatible ways, a complex decoction of all crude drugs) have been determined by fluorescence spectrophotometric method. The result shows that element selenium is rich in Dihuang. The dissolution ratio of selenium in decoctions of each single crude drug is about 30～40%.
