摘 要 ：从黄毛木根皮中又分得6种成分,经光谱及理化分析,分别鉴定为3-O-[β-D-半乳吡喃糖(1→4)-β-D-半乳吡喃糖-(1→3)-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖醛酸]-齐墩果酸甙(Ad-v)。竹节参皂甙Ⅳ(Ad-Ⅺ),去葡萄糖竹节参皂甙Ⅳ,(Ad-X),软脂酸(Ad-Ⅳ),β-谷甾醇(Ad-Ⅶ),齐墩果酸(Ad-Ⅷ).除Ad-V外,其余成分系首次从该植物中获得。

Abstract:Six compounds were isolated from the root hark of Aralia decaisneana and elucidated by spectral and chemicalanalyses as 3-O-[β-D-galactopyranosyl- (1→4)-β-D-galactopyranosyl- ( 1→3)-β-D-glucuronopyranosyl)-oleanoyic acid(Ad-V),chikusetsusaponin Na (Ad-Ⅳ) ,deglucose chikusetsusaponin Ⅳa (Ad- X ) ,palmitic acid (Ad- Ⅳ ) ,β-sitos-terol (Ad-Ⅳ) and oleanolic amd (Ad-Ⅷ). Ad-v was obtained from nature far the first time, and the rest were allobtoined from this plant for the first time.
