摘 要 ：建立了一种利用薄层层析和紫外分光光度法测定贝母中腺苷含量的方法。利用此法对７种贝母品种中的腺苷进行了分析。

Abstract:A method for the determination of adenosine in Fritilaria bulbs was developed using thin layer chromatography and ultraviolet spectrophotometry.This method has benn used in the analysis of adenosine in seven species of Fritilaria.
