摘 要 ：本文从连翘的末成熟果实(青连翘)中分离出四种化合物,根据它们的理化分析及光谱数据,鉴定为连翘甙(Ⅰ),(+)-松脂素-β-D-葡萄糖甙(Ⅱ),forsythiaside(Ⅲ)及芦丁(Ⅳ)。抗菌实验证明,化合物Ⅱ及Ⅲ具有抗菌作用,其中化合物Ⅲ的活性最强。

Abstract:Four compounds were isolated from the unripe fruit of Forsythia suspensa (Qinglianqiao). They were identified as phillyrin (Ⅰ), (+)-pinoresinol-β-D-glucoside (Ⅱ), forsythiaside(Ⅲ) and rutin (Ⅳ) on the basis of their analytical and spectroscopic data. Bacteriostatic experiments have shown that compounds (Ⅱ) and (Ⅲ) are bacteriostatic, compound (Ⅲ) being highly effective.
