摘 要 ：分别测定了不同品种车前中桃叶珊瑚甙的含量。流动相为甲醇-水(17∶83)。方法重现性和回收率较好,为车前研究提供了有效的方法。

Abstract:A HPLC method for the determination of aucubin in P. asiatica, P. major and P. depressa was established. The mobile phase is MeOH-H₂O (17:83). Good in producihility and high in rate of recovery, this method provides an effective way for the study of Plantago.
