摘 要 ：本文采用反相高效液相色谱(HPLC)法对桃儿七中鬼臼脂素进行分离测定,以甲醇-水(50(?)50)为流动相,UV285nm 检测。在0.243～0.730μg 范围内,峰高值与被测浓度线性良好。回收率为98.83%。共测定了八批样品。操作简便、快速、精密度良好。

Abstract:The determination of podophyllotoxin in the root and rhizoma of Podophyllum emodi hasbeen performed by reversed-phase HPLC with methanol-water(50:50)as mobile phase,usingUV-detector at 285nm.The linearity between the peak height and concentration is fine in the rangaof 0. 243-0. 73~μg and the percent recovery is 98.83%.Eight batches of samples have been de-termined.The method with high-speed is accurate and easy to operate.
