摘 要 ：用小鼠模拟了四种便秘的动物模型,比较了大黄、郁李仁、巴豆及温脾汤的泻下作用,说明中药药理研究根据中医理论可以模拟相应的动物模型,且容易得到与临床相同的结果。

Abstract:The author has imitated four animal models of constipation in mice, compared the purgative effects of Rhubarb, Prunus seeds, Croton and "decoction of warming spleen" and demonstrated that the pharmacological studies of Chinese drugs might imitate animal models according to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine. Thus effects similar to those of clinical practice might be obtained in an easier way.
