摘 要 ：通过对不同粒度和不同水、酸洗次数的雄黄样品、醋煮、醋洗雄黄样品及部分地区的雄黄炮制品等进行As₂O₃、As₂S₂含量测定、微量元素分析和急性毒性实验,探索既能达到传统炮制目的,又能适应工业化生产的雄黄炮制新工艺的可能性。

Abstract:Research was carried out to find out the possibility of establishing a new processing technology for Realgar that will meet both the aim of traditional processing procedure and the demand of industrial production through the determination of As_2O_3 and As_2S_2 contents in various Realgar samples, e.g., samples washed with water and acid, samples of different sizes washed with water and acid, samples washed with vinegar and boiled with vinegar, and processed samples obtained from some other districts; as well as through the analysis of trace elements and acute toxicity tests of samples processed by different technologies.
