摘 要 ：本文对半夏愈伤组织的诱导及植株再生进行了研究,结果在加有2,4-D1.5mg/L和ZEA0.1mg/L的MS培养基上诱导出愈伤组织,在加有6-BA 2mg/L和NAA 0.1mg/L的MS培养基上分化出小苗。

Abstract:This article discusses the inducing of callus tissue and regenerating of the plant in Pinellia ternata. Callus tissue could be induced in the MS medium with 2,4—D 1.5mg/L and ZEN 0.1mg/L and seedling could be differentiated in the MS medium with 6—BA 2mg/L and NAA. 0.1mg/L.
