摘 要 ：从花生衣中分得二个单体,根据光谱分析确定其结构分别为二聚原花色甙元-A类型化合物(Ⅰ)(暂命名为花生素),D-(+)-儿茶素(Ⅱ),Ⅱ为花生衣止血有效成分,Ⅰ也具有一些生理活性。

Abstract:From the seed coat of Arachis hypogaea two compounds were isolated. They were identified as the dimer of proanthocyanidin-A type(Ⅰ) and D-(+)-catechin (Ⅱ)on the basis of UV, IR, MS, CD, 1H-NMR, ¹³C-NMR and chemical evidences. It has been found that Ⅱ is the effective constituent of this plant and I has some active effects as well.
