摘 要 ：本文介绍了不同厂家的安胃片崩解度及释放对比试验情况。实验结果:各厂家的安胃片体外释放参数Td、T₅₀及m值均存在极显著性差异(P<0.01);经两两间多重比较T₅₀仍存在显著性差异(P<0.01)。安胃片在水中与人工胃液中的崩解度有显著性差异(P<0.01);崩解度与释放参数T50间相关性显著(P<0.05)

Abstract:Four different products of Anwei Tablets have been tested for tegration and dissolution rate in vitro. The results showed that there were striking differences in the three parameters T_{50, Td and m(P<0.01), in T50 by multiple comparisons (P<0.01) and in disintegration in water and artificial gastric juice (P<0.01) and there were correlations of results between T50 and disintegration(P<0.05).}
