摘 要 ：通过组织培养发现黄芪[Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.)Bge.]注射液明显地促进鸡胚股骨糖胺多糖的合成。用药组的糖醛酸、总己糖胺和半乳糖胺分别为对照组的110～113%。用药组糖胺多糖的组份和对照组没有差别。

Abstract:By means of tissue culture it has been discovered that the injection made from the root of Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch) Bge promotes significantly the glycosaminoglycan (GAG) synthesis of embryo chicken femora. The contents of uronic acid, total hexosamine and galactosamine of the drug groups are found to be 110-113 per cent of those of the control. No difference bus been found in components of GAG. between the treated and the control.
