摘 要 ：本文采用琼脂平皿法对黄芩素和阿斯匹林不同基质软膏的释药性能进行了考察,结果o/w型乳剂基质药物的扩散系数为水溶性基质的3～5倍,油脂性基质7小时内尚未见扩散。用微孔滤膜-转篮法测定黄芩素软膏的释放度,累积释药量o/w型乳剂基质100分与水溶性基质310分相近,前者T50为9分,后者T50为13.2分。

Abstract:The method of agar plane has been used in examining the function of diffusing drugs of ointment scutellarein and aspirin of different bases. The results show that diffusing coefficient of emulsifying bases (O/W)is 3～5 times greater than that of water soluble bases. In only bases diffusion is not seen in 7 hour. The method of millionporoas-turning basket has been used in determining the diffusing degree of ointment scutellarein. The accumulating drug diffusing from the emulsifying bases (O/W) in 100 min approximates to that diffusing from the water soluble bases in 310min, loith T 50 for the former being 3min, while for the later 13.2 min.
