摘 要 ：首次从毛白杨叶中提得一种白色结晶,经光谱分析等手段鉴定为白杨甙(populin)。药理试验表明,具有解热、镇痛作用,为毛白杨叶中解热镇痛的有效成分。

Abstract:A compound was isolated from the leaves of Populus tomentosa for the first time andidentified as populin on the basis of spectral analysis.Pharmacological experiments have shownthat this compound possesses antipyretic and analgesic activities.
