开展中药生物转化研究意义深远

摘 要: 综合国内外文献, 结合笔者开展中药生物转化研究的体会, 介绍了国内外中药生物转化的研究现状以及在
中药现代化研究中的意义, 提出了开展中药全成分转化的思路并分析了进行中药全成分转化研究的可行性及一般
方法, 并就开展中药全成分转化研究存在的问题和今后需要加强的工作等进行了讨论。认为开展中药全成分生物
转化研究对充分发挥中药的潜在价值和我国的中药资源优势开发、形成具有中国特色的生物转化研究体系、开发
具有自主知识产权的新药具有重要意义。

Abstract: The sign if icance and presen t research situa tion of b iotran sforma tion of Ch inese ma ter i-
am ed ica (CMM ) were rev iewed in th is article. Ba sed on the references and our stud ies in b iotran sfor-
ma tionof CMM , the idea of b iotran sforma tion of CMM ’s tota l con stituen ts wa s put forward. The fea sib il i-
ty andgenera l m ethod of b iotran sforma tion of CMM ’s tota l con stituen ts were ana lyzed, and the ex ist ing
problem sand the work tha t should be em pha sized were d iscussed sign if ican tly. B iotran sforma tion of
CMM ’s tota lcon stituen ts would be sign if ican t to g ive a full play to CMM ’s poten tia l va lue and developm en t
of ourcoun try’s dom inan t resources, to shape the b iotran sforma tion research system with Ch inese charac-
ter ist icsand to develop new drugs of independen t in tellectua l property.
