摘 要 ：本文在深入分析天津市统计年鉴资料的基础上，从生物资源消费和能源消费两个方面，利用生态足迹法计算得出天津市2004年生态承载力为0.32 hm²，人均生态赤字高达1.53 hm²。表明天津市的生态安全正面临严重威胁，且该趋势正逐年增加，目前已超出自然生态系统的生态承载力范围。另一方面也表明天津市总体上经济发展的资源利用方式逐步由粗放型、消耗型转换为集约型、节约型。

Abstract:On the basis of annual statistical analysis of both biological and energy consumption and ecological footprint of Tianjin, ecology carrying capacity value of Tianjin in 2004 is estimated at 0.32 hm², with average per capita ecological deficit of 1.53 hm², showing that ecology safety of Tianjin Ciy is seriously threatened and this tendency is increasing with time. This is likely to go beyond the capacity of the natural ecological system of Tianjin. On the other hand, it shows that the overall economic development of Tianjin and use of resources is moving from extensive and progressive to one of consumptive and conservative.
