Research progress on metacommunity

集合群落(metacommunity)研究动态


由于人类活动等原因,自然生境在日益丧失和破碎化。因此,集合种群结构作为空间生态学的一个重要的研究途径越来越受到人们的重视,而斑块化环境中的生物群落即集合群落也成为生态学的一个研究热点。文中综述了集合群落动态,群落物种丰富度和物种分布,生境的丧失和破坏对集合群落的影响等的最新研究成果。

Natural habitat has been increasingly fragmented due to human activity and other reasons. Metapopulation and metacommunity structure thus have become more and more important as a way for landscape ecology studies. In this paper,we summarize the recent researches on metacommunity dynamics, species abundance and distribution in community and the effects of habitat fragmentation and loss on metacommunities etc.

用代数和图形技巧研究了竞争较弱或局部兼性共生的
集合群落的模型。因为竞争者的区域共存并不需要竞
争一侵占的相互替换,弱的竞争者常常是稀有种并且
易于灭绝。这和以前的强竞争的集合种群模型的结果
形成对照。互惠共生生物集台群落当生境丧失加剧时
也可能遭受突然灭绝。这些结果提示人们识别物种共
存机制以预测它们对生境丧失的应答的重要性。
另外,多物种的集合种群模型一般假定相互作用
的物种占有同一个生境斑块网络。但Gutieritz等人¨J
考察了英国北威尔士的斑块化环境中的以同一种植物
百脉根(Lotuscomiculatus)为寄主的四种鳞翅目食草
昆虫的空间分布,集合种群结构和斑块网络。他们发
现,尽管这四种昆虫以同一种植物为食,但却有着截然
不同的空间分布。从扩散率和种群周转来看,每个种
都表现出集合种群动态,但对局部和区域过程的贡献
却不相同。进一步的生境需求分析表明每个种的斑块
网络都不一样。这些结论与斑块化通过多物种的集合
种群动态促进区域共存的思想是不一致的。而且,每
个种都在自己的斑块网络中作为一个大的独立的集合
种群系统而存在。这些结论意味着自然保护应建立在
对主要物种的详细的需求分析的基础上,眦更好地理
解它们的空间动态。
