Abstract:Being the thickening of the radial and transverse walls of endoderma
l cells, Casparian strips are important contents of research at home and abroad, which often focus on the research of its structure, chemical component, function and distribution. The current advances in studies on Casparian strips are reviewed and discussed in the paper. Meanwhile, the paper also comments on the new method and technique employed in the research of Casparian strips, providing new ideas for the further study.
