Abstract:During investigation of the chemical constituents of the whole plant ethanol extract of Pedicularis dolichocymba Hand.-Mazz. (Scrophulariaceae), four new iridoid glycosides, dolichocymbosides A (compound 1), B (compound 2), C (compound 3) and D (compound 4), were isolated. Their structures were determined based on spectral data including 1D and 2D-nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H-1H COSY, HSQC, HMBC, ROESY) and FAB-MS. (Author for correspondence.
