Abstract:AspergilusNL02andTrichodermareeseiRUTC30werecoculturedinsolidstatefermentation
toproduceβglycosidase.Toobtaintheoptimalenzymaticproductionconditions,factorsincluding
mediummoisturecontent,carbonsource,nitrogensource,quantity,temperature,strains,time,and
vaccinationproportionwereinvestigated.Theresultsshowedthattheoptimumcultureconditionswereas
folows:bran175g,corncob75g,ammoniumsulfate040g,urea037g,theactivationspores
accessquantity107spores,workingin250mLshakeflask,30℃,100r/minatshaker,Trichoderma
reeseiwith105sporesandAspergilusatthesametimetheproportionofaccessUndertheseculture
conditions,13245IU/gdrymediumβglycosidasewasobtained,whichwasmuchhigherthan10435
IU/gdrymediumobtainedinculturewithAspergilusaloneby2694%.
