Abstract:Pot experiment with application of 0, 75, 150 mg/kg external copper treatments to study the relative height, chest diameter, biomass, cell membrane transmissibility and the Cu, Fe, Ca contents in root, stem and leaf of four apple parent stock seedlings: Balenghaitang(Malus micromalus Makino.), Pingyitiancha(M. hupehensis Rehd.), Laiwunanyan(M. micromalus Makino.) and Haitangguo(M. pruniforlia Borkh.). The results showed that the Haitangguo had stronger resistance to copper toxicity than the other three species relatively.
