Abstract:Based on the long-term fixed alfalfa-wheat rotation and fertilization experiment,this article studied the effect of rotation system and fertilization on the changes of wheat quality and amino acid content.The results showed that there was a difference in nutrition quality,farinograph parameters and amino acid quantity between alfalfa-wheat rotation and CK.Alfalfa-wheat rotation could improve nutritional quality of wheat,and could also increase paste strength and flexibility and decrease paste ductibility.There was the significant difference in gluten content and FQN between alfalfa-wheat rotation and wheat continuous cropping,but no significant difference observed in the content of amino acid between alfalfa-wheat rotation and wheat continuous cropping.The quality of wheat at second year wheat in rotation system were the best and amino acid content was the highest;however,the quality of wheat and amino acid content declined from the third year.
