摘 要 ：棉花感病品种种入含二硝基苯胺类化合物的育苗土中，移栽后能明显提高对棉枯萎病的抗性，效果达７０％。二硝基苯胺类化合物为非杀菌化合物。试验表明，该化合物对ＦＯＶ的生长无抑制作用，反而还能刺激菌丝生长和孢子萌发。ＦＯＶ对处理过的棉苗侵染率低，且只能侵染到子叶节以下。处理过的棉苗蛋白图谱与对照相比有３条带明显增强。这些都说明，二硝基苯胺类化合物处理诱导了棉苗的抗病性。
