摘 要 ：运用静态吸附与解吸试验对5种大孔吸附树脂进行了筛选,通过单因素试验、正交试验确定了大孔树脂吸附茄子皮红色素的最佳操作条件.结果表明,HPD-100树脂对茄子皮红色素的吸附和解吸性能较好;最佳吸附条件为A2B2C2,即料液浓度(以吸光度计)为0.435 Abs,上柱速率为3.0 BV/h,pH值为2.53.
