摘 要 ：以导入叶片衰老延缓基因PSAG12-IPT小麦西农1376的T5代株系为材料,于灌浆期测定了它们功能叶片的净光合速率和叶绿体色素含量.结果表明:经过早代鉴定的转PSAG12-IPT基因小麦株系的净光合速率均高于受体对照西农1376,部分株系达到极显著水平;转基因株系叶绿体色素含量的平均值也显著高于对照.可见,转叶片衰老延缓基因PSAG12-IPT小麦株系灌浆期功能叶片的光合性能得到显著改善.
